1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the dx555 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Account" means a user's registered personal account.
• "Balance" means the real money held in an account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds or rewards granted by dx555.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all online gaming, betting, and related activities available on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Use

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account at dx555, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must notify dx555 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. The platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dx555 may request valid identification and supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Users should fulfil all requests in a timely manner.

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. Documents may be requested to verify your age if necessary. Providing a false age declaration will result in account closure and all deposits may be forfeited.

In addition, users from countries or regions where online gaming and betting activities are currently prohibited by law are not permitted to use these services.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at dx555 is ৳500. Deposits can be made via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (major banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank)

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of an active bonus are met.
• dx555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while any unusual activity is under review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If a withdrawal is made before meeting the wagering requirement while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• dx555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of misuse of the bonus system is found, the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

Regularly active players are eligible to join the VIP program. There are three tiers: Bronze (0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (1.5% weekly cashback). Players can advance to higher tiers based on consistent activity.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dx555 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to play games.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems, or gaining unauthorized access.
• Harassing, intimidating, or using abusive language towards other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or attempting to resell it.

7 Security & Privacy

dx555 uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology to protect users' personal information. Your personal and financial data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• Mandatory disclosure upon request from legal authorities.
• Necessary information shared with payment partners for payment processing.
• For the purposes of fraud prevention and identity verification.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

dx555 strives to ensure maximum uptime, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, network issues, or other unforeseen reasons. The platform will not be liable for any loss caused as a result.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Any user may voluntarily close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any balance should be withdrawn before closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

dx555 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

The balance of an account closed due to a breach of Terms may be forfeited. Any genuine balance earned excluding bonuses may be returned after review.

10 Changes to Terms

dx555 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please request account closure.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between dx555 and a user will first be addressed through friendly discussion. Please contact the support email to raise a dispute.

• Time limit for raising a dispute: within 30 days of the issue occurring.
• A reasonable amount of time will be taken to review each dispute.
• Game logs and system records will be treated as final evidence.

If a friendly resolution is not possible, the matter will be settled under applicable law.
